Sales of Products and Solutions: Responsible for driving sales of the company’s products and solutions across relevant markets.

Business Development: Develop new business opportunities by expanding the customer base and building strong client relationships.

Customer Engagement: Work closely with customers to understand and address their pain points, ensuring tailored solutions are provided.

Travel: Be prepared to travel to customer locations approximately 20% of the time for in-person meetings and site visits.

Market Expertise: Candidates with exposure to leading switchgear brands in the Indian market will be preferred for their industry knowledge and network.
Skills/Experience
- Diploma or B.Sc in Electrical/ Electrical and Electronics
- 0-2 years of industry experience in the Electrical Products Sales or Marketing
- Ability to quickly learn the Products & Services offerings application & conduct presentations for different customers
- Excellent communications skills and take-charge attitude.
- Open and flexible to other ideas to improve processes, products, and deliverables.
- Experience in switchgear products & solutions
- MS office tools – Word, Excel & PPT
- Hands on experience or basic knowledge in creating quotations, weekly reports
